Join the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association and build relationships with over 500 member companies throughout the Beaufort County, Jasper and Hampton Counties as well as take advantage of the various money-saving benefits. As part of your membership you will also become a member of the Home Builders Association of South Carolina and the National Association of Home Builders.
We take an active role in supporting home building success through local efforts that include government relations, educational programs and classes, discount programs, community service involvement, networking, sponsorship, advertising and showcase opportunities.

Builder/Developer Member – $655/Year: Individual engaged or employed by a firm/corporation (licensed by the State of South Carolina) in the business of building or remodeling homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial or other structures related or belonging to a community or land development.
Associate Member – $655/Year: Individual/Company engaged or employed by a firm/corporation in a trade, industry or profession related to building and consistent with the objectives of this Association.
Affiliate Member – $125/Year: Additional HBA Associate or Builder member employee, co-worker or representative. Recommended for companies with multiple locations throughout the HHAHBA territory who prefer their representatives at those different locations be recognized and listed as members. Company must have at least one Builder or Associate Membership in order to apply for an Affiliate Membership.
