Dr. Karen Mitchell is the Founder of Cottage Insights, which offers education and consulting services for female leaders. Karen holds a doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. She has extensive experience working with women and supporting their journey to become more effective and engaged leaders. Karen previously served as the Department Chair for a Master's in Strategic Leadership program and has been an undergraduate and graduate faculty member for over 15 years. Karen understands what skills and mindsets are needed to be an impactful leader today, and offers valuable insights for women to grow their leaders capacity.
