Join us for the HBASC 50th Annual Bird Supper
Due to the pandemic and our inability to meet in person at this time this years Bird Supper will be held virtually. The event will include a brief legislative update by Alex James, Director of Government Affairs for the HBASC, presentation of the Hammer and Trowel Awards and finally a S.C. Housing Forecast by Dr. Joseph von Nessen.
Dr. Von Nessen is renowned research economist in the Division of Research at the Darla Moore School of Business, as well as President of Resh Marketing. He analyzes how South Carolina's economic landscape is changing and how this will likely impact local housing markets.
