The 31st Annual Builders Cup Golf Tournament presented by Espy Lumber is BACK with COVID-19 precautions at Port Royal Golf Club on Saturday, August 1. Rather than the typical shotgun start, tournament players will receive first come, first served tee times to spread out players throughout the day. So what does that mean?
